A recent lawsuit names both music producer Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Christian “King” Combs in allegations of sexual assault. While this suit states that Christian Combs sexually assaulted a woman onboard Sean Combs’ yacht, the elder Combs is also involved in existing sexual abuse lawsuits.
The 31-page complaint, filed by 25-year-old Grace O’Marcaigh, “accuses the younger Combs of assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” His father is accused of aiding and abetting.
Sean Combs chartered a yacht to St Martin in December 2022, advertising the trip as a “wholesome family excursion.” Instead, the vacation quickly spiraled into what O’Marcaigh describes as a “hedonistic” environment. The young woman worked as a bartender on the yacht, and was the only steward employed by the Combs duo.
According to the lawsuit, Christian Combs presented O’Marcaigh with a shot of tequila that she immediately suspected to be spiked with drugs. When she questioned Combs, he insisted: “Take the shot.” He then forced her to perform oral sex on him.
Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a music producer who has recently come forward with his own allegations against Sean Combs, allegedly recorded a video of Christian Combs kissing and groping O’Marcaigh on the yacht.
O’Marcaigh’s absence was noted by a fellow employee, and she was able to inform the boat’s captain about the assault. However, the incident was not investigated. The survivor believes that Sean Combs paid the captain to remain silent.
The chaos aboard the Combs’ yacht extended to other passengers as well. In the lawsuit, O’Marcaigh suspects that numerous alcoholic beverages on board may have been tainted with drugs. She claims that she witnessed other women “falling over themselves, panicking, [and] passing out.”
Since the alleged assault, O’Marcaigh has battled “anxiety, panic attacks and severe suicidal ideation.” She has been diagnosed with a severe eating disorder, and her existing romantic relationship has deteriorated significantly.
Aaron Dyer, an attorney for both Combs men, claims the suit is simply “another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn,” the lawyer representing O’Marcaigh and Jones. Additionally, Dyer reduces these claims to “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.”
Grace O’Marcaigh is seeking unspecified damages.
