Butler County Youth Pastor

A Butler County youth pastor is under police investigation after accusations surfaced of multiple sex crimes involving minors. Jario Isidro Thomas Sanchez was a pastor at many southwest Ohio churches, and he currently faces 14 criminal charges “including gross sexual imposition, abduction, sexual imposition and unlawful restraint.”

Three of Sanchez’s reported victims were under 13 years old and five were under 16 years old. According to a Butler County prosecutor, the abuse occurred when Sanchez was a pastor in Hamilton County. His victims were abused throughout the years of 2010 to 2022.

Jario Isidro Thomas Sanchez was indicted last week, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
